New Board Meeting

If you are interested in coming to our next board meeting, first of the new year.  Come to DePaul's Richardson Library located at 2350 North Kenmore Avenue, Lincoln Park, Chicago IL 60614 (On the Lincoln Park Campus) in room 309 (3rd Floor) at six.  We will be going over our future launch plans and volunteer opportunities!  

New Year for Pangea

Welcome everyone,

Welcome to a new year and a new organization.  We are Pangea Educational Development.  Our mission: To help schools become self sustainable.  The majority of schools in underdeveloped countries are reliant on government or foreign aid.  The problem is that this aid from the government is inconsistent, and what happens when the foreign aid runs out?  Through a detailed time line tailored towards each schools individualized progress, schools become self reliant and sustainable. 

  Although we are a non-profit, we are not a charity.   Charity gives someone something that belongs to you; justice delivers someone something that belongs to them. Education is a human right, and it belongs to everyone -- this is what we work toward. Education is only means to eradicate poverty.
